getting herself into. The pink hard hat that she wore with the coveralls and boots were a welcome surprise. The only reason he knew she wasn’t one his new hires was the fact that he recognized the matching pink clipboard in her hand.
“D, who is that? Even in those coveralls, I can see the tight ass body she’s rocking,” Tyson spoke the words as an aside to him directly, but all of the guys heard him.
    “That’s hotness, right there.”
All of the guys looked at the whitest white guy of the group and all laughed. There was no way those words would sound right coming out of Harry’s country boy mouth. Paulette was about a foot away by the time the guys pulled themselves together.
“Hello, Mr. Anderson, Sir. I was requested to come down and go over some checks and balances with you. I’m sorry. Do you mind if I just walk around for a bit? It’s the first time I’ve been on a construction site and I’m actually kind of excited they asked me to come down.”
Her hazel eyes caught the sun, which made them look like they sparkled as a smile spread across her face.
“Sure. I don’t mind at all. I’ll have one of the guys …”
Tyson was speaking before Dario could turn to initiate a worker for the task. Ty was probably the last guy that he would’ve asked to do this. The man stood a good foot and a half taller than her. His chocolate brown head was covered with a wet towel to keep some of the sun away. He looked like he should be on the football field and not a construction site. His charismatic ways and smile rounded out the package to get the ladies to drop their drawers.
“Hello Ms. Hughes. My name is Tyson Miller and I would be happy to show you around. I don’t mind taking time to do this service.”
With that, Tyson walked away. His hand was hovering over the area just above that delectable looking ass. Paulette Hughes hadn’t gone unnoticed in the short time that she’d been with the company. The guys all had to put in a daily appearance at the office to turn in forms and hours. Paulette sat at the front desk with another administrative secretary. The forms were filed in one area of the circular desk that caused her to have to exit her chair and walk away from them. There wasn’t one male that hadn’t commented on the junk in that beauty’s trunk. Dario always laughed because he noticed, but he didn’t pant after her like the other seeming hybrids he worked with. The bunch tended to turn into animals when a pretty woman was around. They fought to mark their territory.
“Dude, did he just ‘soft voice’ her? Y’all heard him, right?” Neal called out.
At age twenty-six, he was the next youngest on the team, but the first to call someone out if he felt it necessary. Dario shook his head as he watched the guys crowd around to observe the master, Tyson, in action.
“Paulette is probably going to quit before she even really gets started. The girl is new to everything. He’s about to ruin her before …”
A loud crack was heard and Dario immediately stopped speaking. Each of the guys started to move back and act as if they hadn’t been watching the scene unfold.
“Maybe she’s not as new as you thought, Boss,” Neal stated as he turned to face Dario.
Dario knew what he was trying to do. Neal was trying to make it appear as if he’d been talking to him and not watching as everyone else was. Ty was making his way their way and the audience would not have been appreciated. Surprisingly, Paulette followed.
Her small stature and curvy body garnered attention from a lot of the guys. The way that she dressed and carried herself had her appearing as if she was the picture of innocence. A few of the guys made the reference on several occasions in the last two days. With every step she took behind the big guy, she was proving all of them wrong.
“Excuse me. Tyson is it? Let me help you out with something. Your sugar sweet voice did nothing for me. I was attracted to you before you tried
