out a chair so he can watch me work my “magic”.
I cook my famous breakfast that consists of French toast, scrambled eggs, bacon and loaded hash browns. I must say, everyone loves my French toast. When Isaac took the first bite, I thought he was going to orgasm right there.
“Damn you can cook. Where did you learn to cook like this?”
I give him a big smile and say, “I attended culinary a few years ago, but most of my cooking recipes have been handed down through generations.”
“You definitely would make a killing if you had your own restaurant,” he replies.
“I enjoy cooking and making new recipes, but my heart belongs with decorating cakes. It’s the most peaceful thing in the world,” I say to him. He shakes his head in agreement liking what I said. He is so busy stuffing his face he doesn’t have a chance to respond for a minute.
When we’re finished with breakfast, he surprises me by doing the dishes. How thoughtful. Isaac is turning out to be one catch I don’t want to let go of.
“I know it’s Saturday, but I need to head into work for a while. Don, my shipping guy, has fucked up a huge order for us so I need to go take care of this.”
“I understand. Trust me, I’ve had similar problems before. Go take care of your company and I’ll see you later.”
I kiss him one good time and as he pulls away he says, “I’ll see you around.” Isaac sounds sad when he tells me goodbye. I don’t mind him leaving; he promised to call me later so I’m happy with that. Plus I really need to call Karen, and catch up on some paper work.
Karen isn’t happy with me after I tell her what happened after she left Jake’s last night.
“Riley, are you sure you know what you’re doing? You have no idea who this man is. He could be a serial killer or whatever.”
“Come on, Karen, you know me. I never do this unless there’s something there. I’m not sure what it is, but I like him. He makes me feel things I haven’t felt in a long time. Even you have to admit that’s a good thing.”
Karen sighs and says, “Well, I have to say, at least he’s a man this time and not a woman. Don’t get me wrong, I never had anything against you dating women, but I always knew you weren’t gay.” With that being said I just laugh at my friend. She sure has a way with words.
“Thanks for understanding, Karen. And by the way, I’m not gay, I’m bisexual. There is a difference, you know.”
“I know the difference, Riley. Anyways, I have to go, million and one things to do today. I’ll call you later tater.” We say our goodbyes after that. I feel much better knowing Karen isn’t pissed at me anymore. She’s like the sister I never had. With that problem out of the way, I decide to actually get some kind of work done. I head into my study and grab my laptop. Once it boots up, I get a little distracted by Google.
I’m not sure what possesses me to Google Isaac, but I’m curious about him. When I hit enter, thousands upon thousands of pictures and articles come up on him. I must say, I never realized the man was so popular. One image continues to pop up and catches my attention. It’s of Isaac and this other man. I’m guessing it is his partner he told me about the other night. I can’t believe how I act when I see the man’s picture. I thought I saw him before, and then I realized it was the guy intently staring me down at Jake’s last night.
His name is Conner Davidson. I understand now why Isaac’s company is named D&W Industries. Conner is one fine man. He has brown hair with natural blonde highlights. From the pictures his eyes almost look grayish blue. He is just as muscular as Isaac, if not more. But the way Conner looks in these pictures, it tells me he is the gentle type. The good boy. I have to tear my eyes away from him.
I am one crazy person. I just slept with Isaac only to fantasize about his partner. I decide to shut down my laptop. I’m not going to get any work done now.
