Two

    Chase
got the message on his cell phone from Benson, the rental manager for
the estate, about a new tenant moving into the main house on the
property. Chase knew the drill well enough by now, after living in
the guest cottage for nearly five years. Freshly mowed lawn,
poolside furniture cleaned and neatly set-up, cleaners brought in to
prep the inside of the house, refrigerator and pantry stocked with

in a few days Danni was flying out to Boulder, Colorado to begin

    Living without each other
for two months would be an adjustment for both of them, but Danni was
determined to get the next level of her training under her belt

    “ You're
going to miss the arrival of the next tenant?” Chase asked
