from her orgasm. The two of them headed into the cold water to quickly wash off before replacing their clothes and heading up to Noah’s truck.
Once she was back in the quiet of her apartment she sprawled out on her bed. She told Hannah she was going to take it slow and take the time to get to know the guys better. But now she feared that she might have made everything worse.
A Decision
Neela was so glad that it was the weekend and she wouldn’t have to face either David or Noah at all for a few days. She needed some time to think. She wandered down the shopping strip. She never had the money to buy anything but it somehow made her feel better to just imagine being able to afford all the things she ogled in the windows of her favorite stores.
After a long morning of window shopping, Neela settled into her favorite corner café and ordered her usual mocha latte and clubhouse sandwich. She sat and zoned out on the writing on the front window while taking the occasional sip of her latte.
I really should have listened to Hannah. I have really made a huge mess of things and now I need to figure out what the hell I’m going to do. Am I even ready for a relationship at all? Even if I do decide that I am ready for a relationship, I just met these two men a week ago. How can I be sure that either of them even want a relationship with me?
The waitress came buy and dropped off Neela’s clubhouse sandwich. Neela nodded her thank you and took a bite of the sandwich continuing to let her thoughts wander once again.
Well at least I have been out on a few dates with Noah. At least he is showing an interest in wanting some hint of a relationship. He was definitely the more logical choice over David. He is showing interest, he wants to get to know me. So why exactly am I so tied up on David? David has shown no interest in me at all aside from the sex in his office.
Neela decided that she was going to just stick with Noah. He was obviously the healthy choice that Hannah was talking about and she was at least half sure that Noah wanted to start a relationship with her of some sort.
Neela dug into her clubhouse and was quite confident in her decision. She looked toward the front door of the café and nearly choked on her sandwich. It was David. What the hell is he doing here? She shook her head. It doesn’t matter I made my decision. I want to be with Noah.
Just as the thought crossed her mind David looked over at her and smiled. She smiled back casually and waved. I’m just going to friendly, casual. David walked over to where she was sitting and stood behind the chair opposite of where she was sitting.
“Fancy meeting you here.” Neela smiled and leaned back in her chair.
“Yeah I was in the neighbourhood. Mind if I join you?” He asked politely.
“Yeah I’m nearly finished but I can keep you company for a minute or two.” Neela couldn’t help but feel a little bit overwhelmed and nervous around this man.
“So how was your date with Noah?” He sat back and smiled mischievously.
It took everything in her power to keep the panic from showing on her face. She gave a small smile and sipped at her latte. How the hell did he know about that?
”It was great.” She said smugly.
“That’s good I’m glad you enjoyed yourself. When do I get my turn?” He leaned an elbow on the table.
“What do you mean ‘your turn’?” Neela was starting to get a little bit worried. She knew that she was a strong willed woman but this man had an effect on her and she wasn’t sure how long she would be able to hold herself together.
“I mean when do I get my turn to try and beat out Noah for you?” He had such a serious look on his face. She couldn’t tell if he was joking around.
“I didn’t know there was a competition going on. I’ve kind of already made my decision.” Neela was going to stay strong no matter what.
“Well that’s not very fair. Don’t I deserve a chance?”
“How do I know that this isn’t
