said. “Who’s disloyal?” Malik knew he got caught up. He was getting ready to face life in prison if he didn’t start talking. The Feds told him that they didn’t really want him it was Ice that they wanted and if Malik didn’t start talking he was going to serve Ice’s time for him. Malik did what he had to do but in the back of his head he knew it was coming eventually but not this soon. He had a daughter to raise and he was only thinking about being there for her so it overruled where his loyalty should have been. “You, bitch ass nigga,” Ice said drawing back delivering a blow straight to Malik’s jaw. Ice was a man of his word and prided himself on trust and loyalty. If you had neither to offer then you didn’t need to be around Ice. It made Ice madder that Malik continued to deny the accusations. Malik was taking his ass whooping like a man though. “Loyalty over everything,” Ice said shoving his Desert Eagle in Malik’s mouth and pulling the trigger. “Sam and Westin come get this rat out of my place!” Ice yelled for his security guards to make sure that Malik burned to ashes. Ice walked out of the storage room and washed his hands. He was drained and wanted to finally head home but he had business to handle. He never gave anyone the position to step up for too long because that’s how niggas got comfortable.
Chapter 4 Kaylen couldn’t understand why she was so misunderstood. No one ever considered her feelings or saw it from her point of view. She was the one who was hurt each and every time. She always received the short end of the stick. She loved her family and all but they needed to back off soon and let her breathe especially Jared and Donte. Tonight she was at Donte’s house with all of her family for dinner. She loved when they all hung out together but somewhere in the middle of that Jared and Donte always found time to pick apart her life. They were like the father figure she never had even though she appreciated it she’s a grown ass woman. She was still a little mad that her brothers tried to play her like she was a hoe. She knew it looked a little bad that after Alonzo she already was on dates with Ice but it wasn’t exactly like how it looked. She never fucked Ice or did anything with him to begin with. She get that they were over protective and all but they needed to mind their business. “What are you thinking about Kay? You look like you’re in deep thought,” Donte asked shoving a forkful of mashed potatoes in his mouth. “Nothing much really,” she brushed him off. “You ready for your grand opening?” Jared asked. “Yes I am I just wish the contractors would hurry the hell up. They are fixing the ceiling since it’s the last thing left.” “Did you get the pattern that we picked?” Mariah asked. “Yes I’m using that pattern I can’t wait to bother the interior decorator.” “Girl I can’t wait to get my hair done for free,” Jasmine smiled. “Hell nah especially you two bitches have to pay!” she laughed. “I never asked if you knew how to re-twist dreads?” Donte asked. “There’s nothing I don’t know how to do when it comes to hair,” she said. “I need you to do my hair when Mariah acting like she mad at me,” he nudged Mariah. “I got you,” she winked at Donte. “When is Ice coming back to town?” Jasmine asked randomly. “Why the fuck you wanna know?” Jared asked mugging her. “Just asking for a friend,” she said looking at Kaylen. Everyone at the table turned their attention to Kaylen. “What?” she asked. No one said anything they just all stared at her. “Don’t all speak at one time,” she said. “Ice don’t want her ass anyways,” Mariah said pushing her buttons. “How are you so sure that he don’t want me?” Kaylen said offended. “Because your childish ass keeps playing around like the game is going to last forever,” Jasmine spoke up. “Not even that but he seem like he’s
