could tear them apart. Not only would their blood bond them together but it would also sustain Caedon and prolong Eloise’s life so she could live as long as he did.
Leaning up to Eloise, he brushed his lips against hers, quickly deepening the kiss. Eloise sighed–this was exactly what she needed- a nd opened to him when she felt his tongue swipe along her lips. Not one to sit back and be controlled, she dared him with her tongue, dueled for supremacy. She was certain this man would challenge her right back. In fact, he was already. Oh, she so loved this. He really was delectable.
Touching him now, running her hands along the contours of his chest was equal to touching raw power itself. He exuded strength; the vibrations emanating from him flared Eloise’s desire higher and higher. The glowing aura surrounding them was nearly too bright now. Caedon was enormous above her, so tall and broad compared to her smaller frame, and his muscles bulged as his arms held him above her.
Eloise was completely lost in sensation. The heat inside her grew more intense and she couldn’t fight her need to touch every part of this man. She wanted to know him intimately, in all ways she wanted him to belong to her. Eloise pulled at the long locks of hair that came down along his neck. She ran her hands down his back to the waistline of the pants he’d yet to remove and then moved her hands between herself and Caedon . She felt for the sprinkles of hair that formed a line down his abdomen. Everywhere she touched was hard male flesh and she wanted to feel more of it.
When Caedon pulled away from her, Eloise clung to him in protest afraid he was going to stop now. He only chuckled and buried his face into her neck, “I’m not stopping.”
“How did you know I was thinking that?”
“I can’t read your thoughts, if that’s what you’re wonder ing. I just saw the look on your face and it was easy to guess.” Caedon assured her but he paused for just a minute before she saw his clothes literally disappear from his body. There was a slight breeze and then his warm skin was all she could feel beneath her palms. She held his buttocks in her hand, firm globes that flexed as he leaned in to her once again.
Caedon framed her face with his large hands and drew her head up to meet his eyes. He kissed Eloise again with the same fervor he’d used the first time and her arousal shot right back up again. When he stopped, she could hardly breathe, a sensation she wouldn’t ever get used to.
“Do you know what to do, Eloise?” Caedon looked at her expectantly and she felt foolish. She knew about the blood exchange but hadn’t considered the details. She shook her head.
“While we kiss, take your tongue and run it along my sharpest teeth. Then the blood exchange will bind us and I can take you.”
Caedon’s words were barely spoken when Eloise dove in for the kiss. There was no gentleness, no easing into it. Eloise licked a long, delicious path across his entire set of upper teeth. She felt the pinch of puncturing her tongue and then tasted the first drops of her blood. Caedon growled, his chest rumbling with his own desire for her. She tensed infinitesimally and then relaxed into his warmth. She could feel his desire now as if it were her own. Like vine s wrapped around one another, they were connected , and the knowledge and emotions that followed it multiplied her need to be claimed.
“Oh Goddess, Caedon, I need to feel more. This is all too much. And then not enough,” Eloise’s breathless voice came across his skin like a whisper.
“Me too, baby, me too,” Caedon stroked her arms and pulled her firmly against him as he unhooked her bra and then drew it from her. He could simply remove her clothes through suggestion but he wanted the pleasure of physically removing them this first time.
“We’re bonded now, right Caedon? I can feel your emotions. Can you feel mine?” Eloise asked her questions, one after the other without
